Healing with Horses: A Sacred Journey in the Spirit of Native American Tradition
Held in partnership with horses, Indigenous wisdom and the natural world, these experiences offer opportunities for healing, reflection and deeper connection.
Whether experienced individually or in community, participants are invited to slow down, reconnect and listen deeply to what is seeking their healing, understanding and attention.
Horses have an extraordinary ability to reflect what is happening beneath the surface, offering insight, presence and opportunities for healing that are often difficult through words alone.

Private Healing Intensive
A two-hour personalized healing session designed to support your unique healing journey.
Together, we create space to slow down, listen deeply and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within you.
Each session is intuitively guided and uniquely tailored to your needs. Sessions draw upon Indigenous wisdom and healing traditions, energy medicine, intuitive insight, body-centered healing practices and spiritual guidance.
Whether you are navigating stress, grief, life transitions, emotional healing, spiritual awakening or simply feeling called to reconnect with yourself, you will be supported with presence, compassion and deep care.
Because of the personalized nature of this work and my current focus on community healing initiatives, private sessions are offered in a very limited capacity.

Reiki Training & Indigenous Healing Wisdom
Usui Reiki Levels I, II & Master Teacher
More than a Reiki certification, these immersive trainings offer an opportunity to deepen your healing practice while learning through the lens of Indigenous wisdom, relationship and connection.
Students receive comprehensive Reiki instruction, attunements, hands-on practice while exploring Indigenous teachings that support healing, balance and right relationship with self, community and the natural world.
Classes are intentionally kept small to allow for personal guidance, meaningful connection and an immersive learning experience.

These immersive experiences are available exclusively to graduates of She Heals Noojimo Noojimo’iwe Reiki Training who are seeking to deepen their healing practice through advanced teachings, experiential learning and personalized mentorship.
Designed for dedicated practitioners, these offerings support continued growth, confidence and the embodiment of healing as a way of being.
Circles & Community Gatherings
Drawing upon Indigenous wisdom, healing traditions and more than four decades of experience in health and wellness, I offer presentations, circle experiences and community gatherings that create opportunities for reflection, connection, healing and personal transformation.
Each experience is thoughtfully tailored to the unique needs of the organization, community or group and may include Indigenous teachings, experiential learning, guided reflection, healing practices and circle-based dialogue.
Participants leave with practical tools, renewed perspective and a deeper understanding of the relationships that support well-being with themselves, one another, the land and all living things.
